taught that our worth, value, affirmation, and bliss are dependent on our partner or on

the outside circumstances being perfect for our fulfillment.

Our challenges in life can be like the dirt in the oyster that creates the pearl of a life well lived and full of ecstasy.

Sovereignty is the full right and power of a governing body over itself, without any interference from outside sources or bodies.

Over many years of study and practice, my greatest breakthroughs have come through recognizing the deep well of my own sovereignty.

I created this program so that I could share my tools to help you learn how to create this for yourself and build a lifelong relationship with yourself and your body.

Erotic Sovereignty is a somatic experience that addresses the mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual aspects of you. Self-healing trauma release techniques will help you shed years of societal conditioning and looking outside yourself for fulfillment so that you can return to your truest source of truth, love, and aliveness- yourself.

Return to your body, get clear on your desires, and manifest them into reality by harnessing the power of your sexual energy and the wisdom of spirit and source.

Choosing to walk the path of your own Sovereignty and Awakening will often reveal distorted views you might have had of yourself.

This work shifts the external focus inward; the reward is self-love, a more accurate self-reflection, and an acceptance of any limitations and “in progress” parts while expanding your natural gifts and special powers.

Week 1: Cleanse/Purify: Safety, Security, Grounding, Health
Embodiment exercises to clear trauma and energy blockages, emotional release, and self-soothing techniques.

Week 2: Desire Vs. Attachment: Sexuality, Creativity, Desire
We discuss choosing to follow desire as a life path, allowing the feminine intuition to guide our masculine production. Staying in alignment with source.

Week 3: Longing/The Call: Power, Will, Vulnerability, Confidence
We work with Existential Kink to surface how the ego has us gripped in suffering. Embodiment practices to turn self-sabotage on its head so that you become a magnet to your desires.

Week 4: Manifestation: Giving and receiving unconditional love
Embodiment exercises to move old grief and awaken to the transcendent quality of the essence of love.

Week 5: Communication: Communicating Desire
Listening. Embodiment exercises to speak the unspoken, sound healing, creating mantras and affirmations.

Week 6: Radiance: Perception, Intuition, Belief Sytems

Embodiment exercises to set intentions with imagination, Sex Magic, and ritual creation.

Week 7: Connecting with the Divine

Embodiment exercises for Archetypes of Queen, Priestess and Goddess. Creating Sigils. Shadow Integration.

Week 8: Integration/Wholeness

How to integrate all of the exercises into your daily life and beyond.
