About Lauren
I work with the body as an intelligence.
With sensation as a teacher.
With sexual energy as sacred life force.
My path has been shaped by devotion rather than ambition. I did not come to this work to fix, perform, or optimize sexuality. I came because my body demanded truth and healing; what followed has now become my life's purpose.
I am a trained Tantrika and Advanced Certified Tantra Educator through Charles Muir’s Source School of Tantra. My studies also include Lafayette Morehouse practices, the D s arts and Shamanism with Om Rupani, Somatic Experiencing with Peter Levine, and mastery training through Mama Gena’s School of Womanly Arts. These lineages live in my body not as techniques, but as principles I embody and transmit.
Alongside my teaching, I am a jewelry designer devoted to adornment as ritual. Jewelry, to me, is not decoration. It is remembrance. A way to anchor intention into matter. A way to let the body feel its own significance.
Each piece I create is meant to be worn as an initiation. A quiet signal to the nervous system that you are allowed to be here fully and without apology. Jewelry is a tactile extension of the work I teach, a companion to erotic presence and embodied authority.
I teach internationally and have guided large group experiences at Burning Man, FYN, Dark Odyssey, and beyond. I am the co founder of The Tantra Institute of New York. I also offer private Tantra sessions, coaching, and Reiki healing attunements for those seeking intimate and focused initiation.
I am a stand for beauty that is felt, not performed.
For sexuality that is sacred, not commodified.
For a life lived from the inside of the body outward.
